Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident purchasing from ENERGYENER. This policy applies to eligible orders delivered in the United States.

Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.

How to request a return

Email seaferusajewelry@sftspick.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request. Do not send an item back before receiving return authorization and instructions. For approved returns, the return address is provided in the return instructions.

Return shipping

For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its product description, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and provide appropriate return or refund instructions; reasonable return costs for approved cases are handled by us.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Natural variations

Each ring is selected to match the color family and overall design shown. Because mineral patterns, contours, and surface textures vary naturally, the piece you receive may differ slightly from the product images. Natural variations are part of the character of the jewelry and are not considered defects. This does not affect your rights if an item is damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description.
