Shipping Policy

ENERGYENER currently serves customers in the United States. Availability for other destinations is determined by the shipping options displayed at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are generally prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Transit time

For orders shipping to the United States from China, estimated transit time is 7–15 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Shipping cost and tracking

Available shipping methods and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. When a tracking number is available from the carrier, it will be provided with your shipment confirmation or order updates.

Delivery issues

If your order is delayed, lost, damaged in transit, or arrives incorrectly, contact seaferusajewelry@sftspick.com with your order number. We will review the issue and provide next steps.

International destinations

For destinations outside the United States, shipping availability and any destination-specific charges shown by checkout apply to that order. If checkout does not offer a shipping option for your address, we cannot accept delivery to that destination at that time.
