US orders ship from China. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing after payment is confirmed.

 

Estimated US transit time is 7–15 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier customs weather or other delays may affect delivery.

 

Available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout before payment. When a carrier provides tracking we will send it with your shipment confirmation.

 

For delayed lost damaged or incorrect deliveries email support@energyener.com with your order number. We will review the issue and provide next steps.
